Ok, if you want to get audio from .swf files you will need three free programs. Swf to FLV and iSquint and Mpeg Streamline Clip.
1. Download software from links. Then install it.
2. Open the Swf to FLV converter.
3. Follow the guide on the Swf to FLV download page (it's quite good).
4. Open iSquint and convert the FLV to Mpeg or whatever you want.
5. Open the Mpeg file in MPEG Streamline Clip.
6. Click file then export audio.
7. Select the format you want and your done!
In this guide I will teach you how to change the backgrounds of folders from white to a custom picture.
1. Select the folder you want to change the background of and open it.
2. Type the command +J
3. Down the bottom of the window that just popped up select picture.
4. Drag a picture to the box beside the word "picture", careful when you change folders the +J menu does to so make sure not to change the picture of the wrong folder.
To reverse the changes back to white follow the steps again but select "White' not "Picture".
In this guide I will show you how to find apps using abbreviated names e.g MSN. This name help shorten search time.
1. find an application that you want to find quicker (for this instance I used Microsoft Messanger).
2. Select the app and on your keyboard push: +i or command+i.
3. Where it says comments type whatever you want the app to come up under on spotlight (I put MSN).
4. Search in spotlight for the abbreviated name.
It should now appear under the word or abbreviation that you entered. To remove the comment follow steps 1 and 2 then delete whatever you entered.
